CPAP Comply: Insurance Tracker ("we", "our", "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your information.

Data Collection

CPAP Comply does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. All data you enter (compliance settings, daily usage logs) is stored locally on your device only.

What We Don't Collect

No CPAP Device Connection

This app does not connect to, read data from, or communicate with any CPAP machine. It does not access Apple HealthKit or any health-related APIs. All usage data is manually entered by the user via YES/NO input.

Local Storage

The app stores your compliance standard selection, daily usage log entries, compliance mode settings, and notification preferences locally on your device using Hive (local database). This data never leaves your device. Uninstalling the app deletes all stored data.

In-App Purchases

Subscription purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or billing details. Subscription management is handled through your Apple ID settings.

Push Notifications

The app uses local notifications only (scheduled on your device). No data is sent to any push notification server. You can enable or disable notifications in the app's settings.

Third-Party Services

The app uses RevenueCat for subscription management. RevenueCat may collect anonymous transaction data as described in their privacy policy. No personally identifiable information is shared.

Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
