Overview

Schedule Auto ("we", "our", "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your information.

Data Collection

Schedule Auto collects the minimum information needed to generate a roster: room name, 4-digit password, nurse names, shift preferences, and requested off days. This data is transmitted to our scheduling server only for the duration of the solve and is not used for any other purpose.

What We Don't Collect

• No email addresses or account identifiers
• No location data
• No health or medical data
• No usage analytics or third-party tracking
• No cookies or advertising identifiers

Local Storage

The app stores your room data, nurse list, preferences, and generated rosters locally on your device using Hive (local database). Uninstalling the app deletes all stored data.

Room & Password

Room names and 4-digit passwords are used only to allow nurses to join the correct room. Passwords are never shared with third parties and are not recoverable by us — choose one your team will remember.

In-App Purchases

Subscription purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or billing details. Subscription management is handled through your Apple ID settings.

Push Notifications

The app does not send push notifications. All reminders (if any) are local notifications scheduled on your device only.

Third-Party Services

• RevenueCat: Used for subscription management. RevenueCat may collect anonymous transaction data as described in their privacy policy. No personally identifiable information is shared.
• Supabase: Used to temporarily store room data during the solve. Data is tied to an anonymous room ID and is not linked to any personal account.

Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
